Interiors of the new Škoda headquarters – Laurin & Klement Campus

The new building provides workspace for over 2,500 employees of the largest Czech car manufacturer. We delivered desk setups for 1,600 people, executive desks, height-adjustable workstations, storage units, and even custom furniture for the on-site restaurant. The construction of the Laurin & Klement Campus was completed on March 4. Furniture production and installation took place from December 2023 through the end of April this year. This project was unique for us — instead of our standard in-house furniture lines, the pieces were produced based on designs by Škoda’s in-house architects.

This marks our second collaboration with Škoda Auto. Last year, we delivered furniture for the interiors of the automaker’s Prague IT headquarters in AFI CITY Tower. Besides the manufacturing, we also prototyped individual furniture pieces such as work desks, meeting tables, and acoustic screens that enable employees to work comfortably in an open-plan office.

The Laurin & Klement Campus complex boasts a range of sustainable features and aims to achieve the gold certification awarded by the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB). These include photovoltaic power plants on the rooftops, a rainwater retention system, and environmentally friendly district heating.
