Showcase Project: Valašské Klobouky

Every project has its own story. In Valašské Klobouky, we had the opportunity to transform a doctor’s office and its facilities into a space that feels anything but cold or sterile – instead, it’s warm and welcoming, designed to make both patients and staff feel comfortable.
From the First Idea to the Design
At the end of the year, a client reached out to us with a request for new furnishings. During our first call in February, we clarified the key requirements: practicality, ample storage space, and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere.
By March, the first design was ready, and it immediately caught the client’s attention. What she appreciated most was the idea of a tree in the play area, a symbolic element bringing a touch of nature into the interior.
Standard Elements and Custom-Made Features
Our serial production and proven furniture lines enable us to complete projects quickly and efficiently. Where needed, we can seamlessly complement them with custom-made elements. In Valašské Klobouky, the client thus received the best of both worlds – the reliability of standard desks, pedestals, beds, and cabinets, combined with original solutions precisely tailored to the specific space.
The attention to detail went so far that we even covered the ceiling pipes with jute material and artificial greenery to make the playroom feel pleasant and playful.
Turning Spatial Challenges Into Smart Solutions
The basement areas of the office came with their own challenges – uneven walls, limited space, and technical constraints. Our architect, together with the production technologist, prepared detailed technical drawings to ensure that even the custom-made elements would fit perfectly. The biggest challenge was the playroom: two trees and cabinet houses had to be fitted into an irregular space while maintaining a safe and cozy atmosphere.
Materials and Atmosphere
To create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, we chose a combination of laminate, plywood, and leatherette. These materials are durable and practical, yet they bring a sense of lightness and a pleasant mood to the interior.
Production and Assembly
Production began in mid-July, and the assembly was completed within three days during the client’s vacation, allowing the practice to remain fully operational.
The Result
From an outdated interior, a welcoming space has emerged — one that greets patients with a smile, brings playfulness to children, and provides comfort and functionality for the staff. The client appreciated the comprehensive approach: from design and production to decoration and aftercare.
