As part of the AVENUE APARTMENTS project, we delivered the complete furnishing of compact studio apartments for the investor RS Construct, where every centimetre of space matters. Thanks to smart custom-made solutions, even these small units have been transformed into fully functional, modern spaces suitable for both long-term living and short-term accommodation, offering a high level of user comfort.

Within the project, we delivered a coat rack wall integrated with the kitchenette and work desk, a partition separating the bed from the kitchen area, sofas and upholstered beds in matching fabric, built-in wardrobes for the bedrooms, as well as vanity units and bathroom shelving. The design was created by architects from RS Group, who have long focused on efficient yet modern solutions for compact living spaces. Thanks to the smart partition, a standard studio apartment was transformed into a more functional layout resembling a one-bedroom unit.

The project was completed within two months — approximately one month for preparation and production, followed by one month of installation. While the schedule was not particularly tight, the installation took place in an unfinished building, which always brings increased operational and organizational demands. We worked directly with the investor’s architects, who are also the owners of the building. The design was provided by the client.
