Furniture collection: TAK

The NFA offices are designed as a modern and flexible workspace that can be easily adapted to employees’ needs. The furniture from the TAK collection was used, including meeting tables and a shelving system, which not only aesthetically enhances the open office concept but also elegantly divides the space while maintaining its openness. Relaxation zones contribute to a pleasant atmosphere. The layout also includes a dedicated office for employees who do not work in the office every day but still require a reserved workspace.

Client satisfaction with the furniture:

“The redesign of our office spaces exceeded our expectations — the new furniture completely transformed the environment. The furniture meets all our requirements in terms of aesthetics, quality, and practicality (for example, storage spaces integrated into the meeting tables), but we were also very pleasantly surprised by the size and usability of the storage compartments in the cabinets. The TAK shelving system wonderfully divides the space, turning the large open-plan area into smaller, more intimate zones where everyone feels truly comfortable. The shelves look fantastic empty, with books, with plants, and somewhat surprisingly, they even accommodate binders. We really enjoy the small furniture details that stand out thanks to the precise craftsmanship (e.g., the joints on the shelves, the rounded edges of the meeting tables, the bar stools, and the rebar coat hooks).

We’ve been using the new spaces for about six months now, and it’s great to observe how both the rooms and the furniture evolve and continue to look great throughout the year despite changing lighting conditions. I would also like to emphasize that, even with some distance in time, we consider choosing this designer furniture for our new spaces to be the best decision. The furniture creates an extremely pleasant working environment, which we regard as a major employee benefit. And we deeply appreciate that it was produced by a Czech company.”
